1. Right to Return or Exchange
If you purchase an organic product from our online store, you have the right to return or exchange the item within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

2. Condition of Products
To ensure your return or exchange request is accepted:

The product must be kept in its original packaging.

It should not be damaged or altered in any way.

Natural changes in organic products (e.g., slight color or texture changes) due to exposure to air or light do not affect the right to return, provided the product is still safe to use.

3. Non-Acceptable Returns
We cannot accept returns if:

The product has been opened or used.

The product packaging or labeling is damaged.

Essential documentation (invoice, proof of purchase, or warranty card) is missing.

4. Process for Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange:

Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order invoice and product details.

Pack the product securely for safe transportation.

5. Refund Terms
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

6. Exceptions

Due to the perishable nature of certain organic products, returns are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged during delivery.

Custom or made-to-order organic products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
